My pack leader lives to find your next perfect hire. She’s excellent at understanding people and intuiting what they really mean – with gifted sensitivity and confidence. She can do this even when you’re being vague and don’t know exactly what you want.
She’s a straight shooter and also very kind; it can feel like an odd combination but it’s just her way of interfacing with the world – you’ll see what I mean. She’s highly focused on quality of service and delivering an experience you can only get with her. When she’s not working she enjoys lifting weights, watching Netflix and doing yoga.

Hi, we are Scotti and Roxy. Our Mom understands what it feels like to be in growth mode; she’s done it herself by bootstrapping a company from nothing to over 50 employees. If you want to take your image/company/footprint to the next level, she can do that for you.
She prioritizes excellence, loyalty, fun and giving problems the thought they deserve while not wallowing in them. She’s everything you ever wanted in a workmate (but couldn’t afford). Think of her as our gift to you.
Mom can solve any problem, strategize for any situation, pivot and create a new plan on a dime and put together the absolute best lamb tagine you’ve ever tasted (we’ve stolen some when she wasn’t looking – and when she was looking, but, wasn’t fast enough to stop us).
